Liner Notes by Eddie & Martha Adcock
The first time we met Alan and Caleb they were
touring with the world-famous Sullivan Family. Right
away, we found out that they are fine young men as
well as fine musicians. These are good folks, and
you can hear that in their music.
They do justice to the classics they've chosen here.
Eddie says, "It reminds me of the old-time radio
shows I used to hear when I was a kid, the ones that
made me want to play and sing."
And the remarkable originals on this project meet all
the right criteria too. It's obvious that Alan and
Caleb respect the roots of bluegrass music, given
the excellent new materials they contribute to the
genre. These may be young people, but they're old
musical souls.
They hit the mark with this CD. It may be their first,
but it's on the money. We promise you'll love the
great picking; and the very fine vocal harmonies are
as natural as rain falling. They must be kin
somewhere back there.
All the songs are given sincere and heartfelt
treatment. This CD will be bringing joy to today's
listener's like it would have to folks sixty years ago;
and we feel sure it will many years in the future too.
This is timeless music.
We enjoy these boy's music, just like we enjoy
knowing them. And you'll be glad to meet them too.

Liner Notes by Jerry Sullivan
If you are into "Old Time Gospel Music," you'll
surely want to add this CD to your collection.
When we first met this young man, we were
thoroughly impressed by his music and behavior. I
thought here is a very young man with the soul of
Walter Bailes and other highly regarded "Old Time"
singer-songwriters.
The future looks very bright for acoustic Old Time
Gospel Music with Alan Sibley at the realm.
